Removing load bearing wall and installing steelwork
Ashley and his team were great. Good communication, kept us informed with their progress, and cleaned up at the end of each day and then a thorough clean when complete. Work was finished to a high standard and we would thoroughly recommend them for any building work and will happily use them again in the future.

Skimming lounge and bricking up old door
I would highly recommend Ashley from ONR Construction. Firstly Ashley - He is very friendly (he dealt with our 4 month old puppy who had a tendency to get in his way fantastically well), incredibly polite and respectful (always asking first before putting music on, always taking his shoes off when he was coming through our living spaces etc), trustworthy and just a pleasure to have in our home. Secondly his work - His knowledge of his trade is fantastic. We have a period property which needed an external doorway bricked up and he did it perfectly - you can barely tell there was a door there! And he skimmed our front room to perfection. He was very tidy throughout the 4 day project and always let us know what was going on. We cannot recommend him highly enough and we are so glad to now have a great contact for future projects (of which we have many!) Thanks Ashley!

Kitchen Extension
ONR are extremely professional, and totally focussed on attention to detail, to ensure that their clients are completely satisfied with their work.All their team are meticulous in the work they undertake, and are very tidy, whether working outside or inside.
To say they are perfectionists really underplays their attitude to a job, and the regular communication with the client is always informative.
Our job had a number of technical challenges, but ONR worked through each problem with total professionalism, always discussing the issues in detail, and securing our agreement to the solution, before proceeding.
I would have no hesitation in recommending ONR , and would happily use them again

What can i say, well ONR Construction are one of those companies that come along once in a blue moon, Professional, excellent communications, will go above and beyond your expectations. Ashley and Alan kept us well informed of the works being undertaken and if a problem arose it was talked about and the remedy was executed to a speedy conclusion. Their level of workmanship is second to none.We would definitely recommend ONR Construction, and we just can't thank them enough, we will be using ONR Construction for all our works in future.

Perfect results, great teamONR were with us for over a year as we renovated an existing property and then undertook a major extension. They were the cleanest builders we’ve ever seen, site was always left tidy at the end of the day.
Ashley was transparent about any works cost and duration upfront and there were no nasty surprises. Nothing was ever met with a “No”, and they were always creative about meeting our requirements, providing suggestions when requested and having an eye on our budget.
The quality of the work is outstanding as other reviewers have said. The attention to detail is top notch and their combined knowledge of building, plumbing etc is encyclopaedic.
Overall ONR made what could have been a stressful project quite enjoyable!
ONR Construction will forever be our builders going forward!We had an extension put on the side of our house to expand our previous small living room and to create a personal library. The result was phenomenal, couldn't imagine any other company doing a better job. Every aspect of their work ethic was on point, Ashley (the boss!) listened to what we wanted, kept us updated constantly with regards to time frames etc.We had quite a tight budget and were extremely happy with the quote we were given, any additional costs were due to myself wanting 'extras' done, other that that the quote given was honoured even though prices during covid had risen.
Addition works we had done, were floor tiling, a driveway built, decoration and shelving.Happy to provide pics if anyone would like to see their fantastic work.

great job by great peopleCan't thank Ashley and his team enough for the work they did at our home, they were proffesional, friendly, reasonable, very tidy, punctual, quick but did a really really good job. So very pleased with the results.
We have used ONR Construction several times and on each occasion have been extremely happy with the quality of their workmanship. They have recently renewed our driveway and made alterations to the garage and were friendly and professional throughout. We would have no hesitation in using Ashley and his team again or recommending them to others.

Amazing, neat and tidyAshley and the team are amazing. So much to do in a week and you did it. Drive is amazing, new facias, and guttering, plus new ceilings and sorting out the dodgy wiring and lighting in the kitchen not to mention repairing the wall all whilst battling snow, hail and winds. Always leaving the place so clean

New roof felt job

Having moved into a new home, we didn't know where to start with finding a builder - we knew we wanted someone who could do everything (plumbing, electrics, building) and oversee the various projects as we both work full time. We were recommended this company from someone in our new village who had previously used them. We couldn't have asked for anything else. They were hard working, kind and polite and every night they left the house in an amazing state, hoovered etc... We are so pleased with the outcome and I know will ask them to do any other future jobs we have - what a delight to have such a positive time with builders and very excited about the changes they have made to our home.
